How do I deposit or withdraw funds and are there any fees?
You can make a deposit or withdrawal by logging in to your account and choosing from the list of available options shown. Please note that although we do not charge anything for deposits or withdrawals or for the exchanging of stable coins to and from Fiat currencies: If in the event a client is taking advantage of the knowledge that all transactions are free and makes full withdrawals and deposits often, then the fees we cover, could be passed on to the said client. What is the minimum Initial deposit?
In order to take advantage of our promotion, the minimum Initial/first deposit is 2,500 GBP or equivalent in another currency. The minimum deposit thereafter is $50. However, if you are sending or withdrawing stable coins for the very first time and wish to test it with a smaller amount first, then please feel free to use just $50.
Can I withdraw my money if I have open position(s)?
Yes, you can. However, at the moment of payment, your free margin must exceed the amount specified in the withdrawal instruction including all payment charges. Free margin is calculated as equity minus the necessary margin (which is required to maintain an open position).
If we feel that you do not have sufficient free margin on your trading account to cover your open positions, we will not carry out the withdrawal request until you submit a corrected withdrawal and/or close some or all of the open positions on your account.
What are your margin call/stop out levels?
You will see your margin balance turn a different colour when it drops to 100. In order to protect your account from becoming minus your positions will start to be closed out when your margin level reaches 30%.
What are the standard and maximum account leverage you offer?
The standard leverage for all new accounts is 1:100 However, if it is crucial for you have a larger leverage then please contact our support team and they will do what they can to help you.

Is hedging and scalping allowed?
Hedging is allowed and Scalping is also allowed. There are no time limitations for keeping the positions open.
Do you offer FIX API connection?
Due to the way we run true STP model we are unable to offer an API connection.
Does slippage occur in your platform?
Yes, both positive and negative slippage does occur. EG. If you set TP (take profit) orders to close your positions automatically, when the price is reached, you will notice that many of these trades will have a positive slippage which works very well in your favour.
