KYC Policy

When you fill out the trading account application form it is necessary for you to submit proof of your ID and current address. This is required in order for David James Markets to comply with KYC, compliance and policies for financial services companies. Any apparent, fraudulent activity will be documented and could result in the immediate closure of any trading account related to such activity.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as everything is completed allowing you to make deposit via the trading platform directly to your trading account.

 

1. Opening and funding a trading account with us requires the following documents to be submitted:

Proof of Identity document (coloured photo or scan).

Passport
or
National Identity card

Proof of Identity document must clearly contain following:
Full name
Date of birth
Date of issue and expiration
Clear photo

 

 

AND

 

2) Proof of Address:

A coloured photo of a document that confirms your address and is not older than 90 days from the date of issue. The photo must show your full address of residence, first and last names, date of issue and official stamp or bar code where applicable. You may submit your:

Utility bill
or
Bank statement
or
Certificate of residency
or
Legal agreement. EG Rental agreement
